Our all-metal butterfly valves can make Class VI zero leakage real with bidirectional sealing and withstand 1.1 times pressure in both positive and reverse directions. The all-metal butterfly valves are constructed with forged and hardened alloy steel seats. The advantages of this design include resistance to erosion, wear, high temperature, high pressure and be of a long service life as well. Since the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is independent of the butterfly plate itself and the valve seat is independent of the valve body, both the butterfly plate's sealing surface and the valve seat can be replaced simultaneously. This feature greatly helps reducing costs, man-hours, intensity, and difficulties of the maintenance.
